This application integrates existing production and IT systems to provide comprehensive insights into manufacturing operations, streamlining industrial workflows and analyzing real-time telemetry data from plant-level devices.
Manufacturers struggled with accessing and interpreting production data efficiently. Operators and plant managers needed a fast and intuitive way to query real-time and historical data without navigating complex dashboards or relying on IT specialists.
Factory Copilot required seamless integration with SQL databases, PDF document processing, and REST APIs, leveraging Azure OpenAI (GPT-4) for natural language processing, an intuitive Angular-based UI, role-based security and encryption, real-time data retrieval, SAP connectivity, and scalability for large-scale industrial deployments.
