Intelligent Pay Parking: Multiple payment methods, automated license plate recognition (ANPR), and contract-based whitelisting.

Eagle Eye: Camera-based parking system that reads plates at entry and exit, eliminating tickets or prepayment.

EV Charging Stations: Smart power balancing, permission settings, 24/7 monitoring, and live statistics.

Gate and Garage Control: ANPR-based automation with mobile gate access and minimal hardware requirements.

Visit Registration: Digital visitor parking via on-site iPads, eliminating paper discs.
